FAQ


  • What are your hours of operation?

    Our hours of operation are Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 4pm. Orders placed outside of these times will be processed on the following business day. We aim to process orders that are placed before 11am on the same day, but it may take up to two working days due to demand.

  • How far in advance should I order a cake?

    The sooner the better. We appreciate as much notice as possible. A minimum of 1 week in advance.

  • How long will my cake keep?

    We recommend that cakes are eaten within five days of purchase. To ensure your cake keeps as fresh as possible, cover it in food safe cling film once it has been cut and store it in a cool, dry place.

  • Can I alter my order after it’s been placed?

    Please contact us by email at orders@bakersandroasters.com and we will amend your order. There can be no changes to your order within 72 hrs of pick-up.

  • What is your delivery area for cakes in Amsterdam? What do you charge for delivery?

    We can cover the whole city of Amsterdam (including North) within the ring road for a fee of €17.50. If you have any special delivery requirements please contact us, and we will do our best to try and accommodate you.

  • My party is in less than 1 week, can I still get a cake?

    Of course, although you may be limited to a smaller or different selection to those displayed online. Email orders@bakersandroasters.com to find out what we are working with in the next few days.

  • Can I also order one of your cakes that I have seen in-store but is not online?

    Of course, please email us and we see what we can do to get just the cake you want.

  • What forms of payment do you accept?

    We accept iDeal, Visa, MasterCard and American Express on our webshop.
